Tata Punch:The ever-increasing demand for SUVs in India has captured a large part of the Indian car market, but due to the high price of most of the SUVs present in the country, it is out of the budget of the common man.
Keeping this in mind, Tata Motors has launched the country’s first micro-SUV, the Tata Punch, which comes in petrol and CNG as well as electric versions.
The company has introduced a powerful 1199 cc engine in the Tata Five, which is not only capable of generating great power and torque but is also much more powerful than other cars coming in this price range.
Tata Punch Features
Comfortable features like a heater, air conditioner, automatic climate control, keyless start/button start, cruise control, parking assist with reverse camera, and rear parking sensors are seen in the Tata Punch.
Entertainment features like 12V power outlets, radio, iPod compatibility, USB compatibility, voice command, wireless Android Auto, wireless Apple CarPlay, shark fin antenna, 6 speakers, a 10.25″ touchscreen, and a wireless charger have also been provided in the Tata Punch.
This car, which comes with a 5-star safety rating, has many features like 2 airbags, an anti-lock braking system (ABS), central locking, a day & night rearview mirror, electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), a seat belt warning, and a door ajar warning as safety features.

Tata Punch Engine
Tata Motors has provided a 1199 cc 3-cylinder inline, 4-valves/cylinder, SOHC engine in its micro SUV, which generates a maximum power of 87 bhp at 6000 rpm and a maximum torque of 115 Nm at 3250 rpm. It has a 5-speed gearbox.
Tata Punch Mileage
This car comes with two fuel type options, petrol and CNG, in which the petrol version is capable of giving a mileage of 20.09 km per liter and the CNG variant is capable of giving an excellent mileage of 26.99 km/kg.
Tata Punch Price
The previous showroom price of the Tata Punch in the capital, Delhi, is Rs 599,900, and the on-road price is Rs 666,199.
