How does the story of Housefull 5 begin?
Housefull 5 Review: The story of the film begins on a cruise where the 100th birthday of Ranjit Dobriyal (Ranjit), who is at number 7 in the list of rich people of Britain, is to be celebrated. But on the same day, Ranjit dies of a heart attack. It is written in his will that Jolly, the son of his first wife, is the rightful heir to all his property, but if he does not come on the birthday, then his property should be divided among his second wife’s son Dev (Fardeen Khan) and all the important members of his company.
These search is for a Jolly, and three come: Jalbhushan alias Jolly (Abhishek Bachchan), Jalabuddin alias Jolly (Riteish Deshmukh) and Julius alias Jolly (Akshay Kumar). To find out who the real Jolly is, the doctor is asked to do a DNA test, but that doctor is murdered. Bhidu (Sanjay Dutt) and Baba (Jackie Shroff) from the London Police arrive to find out who committed the murder.

This film is very different from the rest of the films of the Housefull franchise because it has a tadka of murder mystery along with comedy. Producer Sajid Nadiadwala, who wrote the screenplay and story of the film, deserves praise because he gave the audience a variety in comedy and not only wrote two climaxes for the same film. Film has been released in theaters as “HousefullA”, and “Housefull B”.(Housefull 5 Review)
The audience can choose any film according to their choice, in which there will be different murderers. In this difficult time for the box office, this can prove to be a risky step, but Sajid has taken this step to do something new. Sajid Nadiadwala made half the work of director Tarun Mansukhani easy with the story. However, Tarun also took the film to a successful conclusion with so many actors. He did not limit the film only to the main actors. Some of Farhad Samji’s dialogues are new, which will make you laugh out loud. Julius Packiam’s background score makes the otherwise flat scenes interesting at times.
There is repetition in comedy at some places in the film, but the experienced actors handle it. The first half of the film is spent establishing the characters. The fun part is after the intermission, where there is a lot of confusion, comedy, and a fun climax. There is novelty in scenes like finding the murderer in the dark and the interrogation of the three Jollys by the police.
The climax will remind you of the films Hungama and Andaaz Apna Apna, where all the actors of the film come together and do comedy. Often there is a complaint about franchise films that they are not able to be better than the original, but Housefull 5 takes the legacy of the original film forward. If you watch the film without arguing, you will be able to enjoy it more.
It is difficult to match Akshay Kumar’s hand in comedy.

A master of slapstick comedy (physical comedy), Akshay Kumar proves that this is his area, where no one can come in front of him. Ritesh Deshmukh is a seasoned actor of comedy who does not have to work hard to make people laugh. Abhishek Bachchan pales in comparison to these two actors. Johnny Lever is in his usual style. Fardeen Khan looks good in his role.
Shreyas Talpade has less screen space, but whatever he has, you can’t take your eyes off him. Aakhri Pasta (Chunky Pandey) has been the most important character of the Housefull franchise, but he didn’t get much space in it. Nargis Fakhri and Sonam Bajwa and Jacqueline don’t add much glamour. Chitrangada Singh will impress in Housefull 5B. The song Laal Pari… has already become a hit. This song stays in your mind after coming out of the theater after a long time.
